Sadly Andrew, Charlotte and I lost our beloved wife/mother Ailsa on 15th January this year. She bravely fought a 7 year battle with cancer, whilst at the same time trying not to let it take over her life and continued to focus on her family and friends, putting them first, as always. In the final 3 months of her life she suffered a lot of pain and it is something of a relief that she is now at peace, although devastating to have lost her. The Princess Alice Hospice in Esher provided Ailsa's end of life care, the staff there caring for her with dignity and compassion, making her as comfortable as possible.
